The closest metro stations to the places listed are as follows and the route information, based on what is practical and as straightforward as possible, for each:

Day 1 :

Centre Pompidou : Hotel de Ville/ Chatelet/ Rambuteau
Place de la Bastille : Bastille
Les Pietons Cafe : Hotel de Ville/ Chatelet

Why not start from Place de la Bastille, considering Centre Pompidou and Les Pietons are very close in proximity? In fact, if you want, you can even walk between all 3 places (the stations of Bastille and Hotel de Ville are only 3 stops apart; walking time about 15 minutes).

Still, if you want to take metro, at Bastille, take metro line 1 (direction : La Defense) and get off 2 stops later at Hotel de Ville, or 3 stops later at Chatelet. From there, Les Pieton is less than 5 minutes walk and from there it’s about 2 streets away from Centre Pompidou, so less than 5 minutes walk.

Day 2:

From Tour Eiffel to Musee d’Orsay:
Look for RER C station called Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel. Travel eastward in the RER for direction of either Massy Palaiseau/ Versailles-Chantiers/ Dourdan/ Saint Martin-d’Etampes. Get off 3 stops later at Musee d’Orsay.

From Musee d’Orsay to George V:
I usually walk between the two place, by crossing the river towards Tuilleries Garden, then turn left (and you WILL see Arc de Triomphe and La Defense on this side) and walk in this direction. You will pass the Place de la Concorde with the obelisk, then Grand Palais and Petit Palais, and arrive at Champs Elysees. Lido is half way down Champs Elysees. If you want to take metro, go to Tuilleries metro station, take line 1 (direction La Defense) and get off 4 stops later at George V.

Additional tips: I would suggest visit Arc de Triomphe while you’re here, since it’s a couple of minutes walk away. This way, it’ll free up time the day you initially plan to visit the arch, and you could go to Sacre Coeur in Montmartre which is close to Moulin Rouge.

Day 3 :

Louvre to Cafe de Flore:
It’s actually easier to walk than to take metro. From Louvre, cross the river to the south using Pont du Caroussel (the bridge to the river side near the smaller triumphal arch found in the front of the glass pyramid) and cross the road to the other side of the quay too. Turn left and take the first road on the right (Rue des Saints Peres) and walk until Boulevard St Germain. Turn left and walk straight on. The cafe is just up the road near the metro station.

Cafe de Flore to Les Folies Bergere:
Take metro from St Germain des Pres (line 4, in direction of Porte de Clignancourt) and get off at Chatelet. Change to metro line (direction La Courneuve 8 Mai 1945) and get off at Cadet.

Day 4 :

Arc de Triomphe : Charles de Gaulle-Etoile
Moulin Rouge : Blanche

Les Deux Magots to Arc de Triomphe:
Take metro line 4 at St Germain des Pres (direction : Porte de Clignancourt) to Chatelet. There, change to metro line 1 (direction : La Defense) and get off at Charles de Gaulle-Etoile.

Les Deux Magots to Sacre Coeur (if you take my tips above) or Moulin Rouge:
Take metro line 4 at St Germain des Pres (direction : Porte de Clignancourt) to Barbes Rochechouart. Change to metro line 2 (direction : Porte Dauphine) and get off at Anvers for Sacre Coeur or Blanche for Moulin Rouge. These two stations are only 2 stops apart.

Arc de Triomphe to Moulin Rouge (as per your original plan):
Take metro line 2 at Charles de Gaulle-Etoie (direction : Nation). Get off at Blanche.
